Super Joshi is a versatile multilingual Electronic/Rap artist and producer, with a global sound.
Based in London and immersed in both Western and Indian music scenes, his creative team can provide songs that are authentic, unique and commercially appropriate for a global stage. He himself raps in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
Drawing inspiration from R&B, Reggae, Drum and Bass, House, UK Garage, World Music and of course the sounds of India such as Hindi film music and Bhangra, he divides his time equally between his own material and producing for other artists.
His career highlights to date include being the BBC Introducing Artist of the Week on the BBC Asian Network, airplay on BBC Radio One and performing at Trafalgar Square.
Aside from creative work he also works in other areas of the Music Industry. He is the executive producer for a Punjab based Folk/Sufi artist who tours India regular, and the curator of a New Music show for a commercial radio station in London dedicated to Sub-Continental talent.
Dharma Records through its sister company Instant Karma was set up as a joint venture business with Sony Music in 2000. The joint venture went on to enjoy a number of Top 40 hits in the UK.
Now fully independent we continue to make great records and develop artists’ careers in many genres while remaining focussed on our high quality back catalogue. Our interests now extend to music publishing, artist management and sync.
Midnight Mango Ltd is a new and ambitious International booking agency based in the South West of the UK. The new company grew out of working for a decade running Midnight Mango Productions; a national promotions and production company in the popular music industry. Our business led us into artist representation where we are now firmly focused. The artists we represent come from a variety of genres including folk, ska, indie and rock.
We are now four agents representing some fifty artists, including Neville Staple, The Bad Shepherds feat. Adrian Edmondson, Martin Harley, Mad Dog Mcrea etc. We also represent artists from across the world, including the incredible Raghu Dixit for his UK and European bookings.

GOAT has over 20 years' experience within these fields stemming most recently from London's iconic performing arts venue The Roundhouse. Reopening in 2006, GOAT Music's founder and CEO, David Gaydon was appointed as Head of Music and for the following 10 years, produced an outstanding live music programme booking 1000s of artists from across the world and generated a wealth of creative opportunities for young people
Horus Music is a digital distribution and label services company, with offices in Mumbai and Leicester. Our network of direct contracts with stores is extensive and allows us to give labels and artists a global presence with excellent customer service and the best revenue back and opportunities for marketing. We have in house marketing departments that can facilitate digital PR campaigns to push artists music to blogs and online publications, in house radio plugging and playlisting services and also an in house graphics department that can create custom artwork for our clients.
Ditto Music offer record label services, digital distribution, promotion and marketing to independent artists and labels worldwide. In 2017 we are launching services to support and promote the thriving independent music scene in India. Alongside, Ditto provide the ‘Record Label In A Box’ service, whereby anyone can start a record label as a business.
Jayesh Veralkar (Dolby Laboratories)

Jayesh is a marketing and business development professional with 15 years of industry experience.
Before Dolby, his work as the head of Day 1, Sony Music’s independent music initiative marked a pivotal role for him in the music industry. His skill for recognising fresh trends and talent through music discovery platforms such as Live from The Console, Folktronic and Zomba brought into focus the untapped talent in the country.
Jayesh, started his career in the music business back in 2002, as a marketing consultant for Razzberry Rhinoceros, an iconic music venue. His role as a music curator, planning events and marketing duties for the club was the beginning of some of the most interesting and cutting edge work that he would eventually explore. After his stint at Razz, he worked with Channel [v] as the production & marketing consultant on shows such as [v] LaunchPad, Super Singer and Mobile Singer. His expertise also extends to the IT enabled services sector where he managed marketing for brands like IBM and Integreon.

Emmanuelle De Decker
French born Emmanuelle de Decker has been working in the music industry as an artistic director, concert producer and artist manager for more than fifteen years in Paris, Tangier, Dublin, Seoul and moved to India in 2004. She now runs GATECRASH, a consulting agency for music projects, curating festivals, touring bands in India, organising artist residencies and collaborations and conducting workshops about music management in India.
Emma is currently the artistic director of two festivals: Goa International Jazz Live Festival and Nariyal Paani, and promotes the jazz scene in India with the online platform jazzinindia.com
Naveen Deshpande (Mixtape)
Founded by Naveen Deshpande in 2010, Mixtape manages and books some of the biggest indie artists in India like Monica Dogra, Indus Creed, Donn Bhat + Passenger Revelator, Scribe Skyharbor, Bhayanak Maut, Sky Rabbit, Whirling Kalapas, Frame/Frame , Bit of Both, Pangea, OX7GEN, Paraphoniks, Bombay Bassment and handles bookings for more than 100 artists across genres. Since its inception, Mixtape has booked artists for over 200 college festivals, numerous clubs across the country and also organised entertainment solutions for clients that include the cricket extravaganza Indian Premier League and other corporate clients
Mixtape has also diversified into producing events such as Sulafest, the only music festival in India to be held at a vineyard and Eden Festival, an electronic music festival that made its debut earlier in March 2015, alongside India Music Week for RSJ (2011,2012), Bass Camp Festival (2015,) and Appa Art Fest (2016). In the past couple of years, Mixtape has also handled artist liaison and bookings for various music festivals such as Magnetic Fields (2013/2014/2015/2016), South Asian Bands Festivals (2009 to 2015) , Udaipur World Music Festival (2016/2017) and the recently held India Bike Week. (2015/2016).

Deep Brown is the artistic expression of Ankur Kedia emerging from the sonar by-lanes of Kolkata. His career started in 2006 at the age of 16 by holding residencies at local clubs, which helped him sharpen his skills and set the stage for his audio experiments. Playing at the best clubs & festivals all throughout the subcontinent under his former audio-visual collaborative project - Undefined Dimension, He gained an understanding of dance-floor attitudes, thus began his foray into electronic music. The new project - Deep Brown - a mix bag of sounds & emotions, evolving from deep & funky grooves, laid back melodic progressions to the more intense beat driven sounds for the peak hours. He was one of the early adopters of digital DJ'ing & has been very instrumental about the possibilities it has to offer. Playing 4 decks with live drum sequencing, his sets are based on the old-school vibe of pure flow, smooth mixes and an on the fly approach of remixing to keep things fresh and connected to the heart of the floor. Come 2013, He co-created the promotion agency Dusdozen to introduce the deeper shades of House/Techno to Calcutta city which is still running strong with over 100 gigs in its lifespan of 4 years.
Born in East London (UK) & based in Mumbai (India), DJ Uri has been rocking 2 Turntables since 1987, starting out as a Hip Hop, Funk & Soul DJ. The depth of his collection and knowledge he has gained over the years are a credit to Hip Hop culture. The Official DJ for Battle Of The Year 2014 South East Asia Finals & RedBull BC One India 2016, he was also featured in the Hip Hop Cookbook representing India alongside Old Skool Legends Kurtis Blow, Crazy Legs (Rocksteady Crew) & Grand Mixer DST
Kenneth Lobo is a Mumbai-based journalist, promoter and DJ. He's documented India's thriving arts & culture scene for the past decade at Rolling Stone India, DJ Mag India and Time Out Mumbai, besides stints at mainline newspapers like Indian Express and Mumbai Mirror. As a promoter, his company Bombay Elektrik Projekt kickstarted the city's poetry and stand-up comedy scenes. His next venture Sound Curry, put the city's hip-hop scene in the spotlight. He currently works as part of the Culture Marketing team at Red Bull India. He's also a hobby DJ, playing out funk, soul and disco under his LoboCop moniker, while co-running the District Fifty label with Indian DJ royalty Kris Correya and Kini Rao.
DJ and founder of Shiva Soundsystem, Nerm has an esteemed career in music curation, events and broadcast, having presented numerous shows across TV, BBC Radio 1, BBC Asian Network and BBC 6Music for over a decade.
He's been instrumental in making UK underground dance music a mainstream force and has spearheaded the exposure of Indian electronic and Indie music to Western audiences. Having toured India extensively since 2002, he has also bought cutting edge sounds from the UK back to his Motherland. Not many people can claim to understand the history of both Indian and UK electronic music scenes as well as he can.
Sohail Arora is the founder / director of KRUNK (www.krunklive.com), India's finest Events, Artist Management & Booking Agency based out of Mumbai. Founded in 2009, KRUNK has been responsible for producing and elevating some of the biggest and most prolific music talent in India. KRUNK's wide roster of Artists include some of the most forward thinking DJs / Producers and Bands in the country.
